What rules should you give the AI about prices?
You should give the AI short written rules: quote only from the sheet, never promise a discount, say stock can change, and hand over for anything outside the sheet.
- Quote only from the sheet. If a model or colour is not listed, say so and hand over.
- No unapproved discounts. Only the discounts in the Notes column may be mentioned.
